Job description
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation of employee performance management processes and KPI activities.
- Coordinate KPI setting, review, and evaluation with departments.
- Support employee development and training programs.
- Prepare performance reports, tracking files, and related HR documents.
- Monitor performance development activities and follow up with relevant departments.
- Support HR projects and other Performance & Development activities as assigned.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in IBM, IR, Management, HR, or related fields.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
