Supervisor, Project Planning

About the role

ISI Group is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Project Planning to support the delivery of construction projects within ISI E&C in Cambodia. The role focuses on developing, maintaining and monitoring project schedules, ensuring progress aligns with milestones and reporting performance to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the creation and regular update of detailed project schedules, look‑ahead plans and resource allocations.
• Assign, review and correct daily/weekly planning tasks performed by the team to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Lead on‑site progress tracking through frequent visits, site meetings and coordination with foremen and engineers.
• Conduct variance analysis, generate simple S‑curves and basic Earned Value metrics, and recommend tactical adjustments.
• Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve short‑term scheduling conflicts and integrate site constraints.
• Prepare routine progress reports, weekly look‑ahead schedules and dashboards for submission to the Assistant Manager and project management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to perform variance analysis and basic Earned Value calculations.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Ability to supervise and mentor Planning Engineers.
