Supervisor, Media Production

About the role

The Supervisor, Media Production will lead the creation of high‑quality photo, video and multimedia assets that support the company’s marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, project launches and corporate communications. You will ensure all content aligns with brand standards and adapts to evolving digital media trends.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit photography and videography for projects, events and campaigns.
• Create promotional videos, reels, testimonials and event highlight reels for digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate content requirements with Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain media asset libraries and oversee production equipment.
• Deliver media assets on schedule while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in media production, videography, photography or content creation.
• Project management experience and knowledge of product design and promotional marketing material.
• Understanding of product and brand management, segmentation, positioning and best marketing practices in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
