Event Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Event Supervisor to lead the planning, organization and execution of our events, ensuring they meet company objectives and deliver a high-quality experience for attendees. The role involves coordinating with external partners, managing budgets and supervising on-site staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full event lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with management goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors and suppliers to support ground activation plans.
• Lead promotional activities, coordinate operations and supervise event staff such as coordinators and caterers.
• Monitor competitor activations, prepare reports and provide market insights to management.
• Handle customer service inquiries before, during and after events to maintain satisfaction.
• Conduct post-event analysis, identify improvement opportunities and share feedback on market trends.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts and control financial performance to avoid overspending.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in an event agency, brewing industry or beverage distribution.
• Proven track record as an event lead with strong project-management capabilities.
• Knowledge of beverage industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and solve problems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Team-player with leadership qualities and strong time-management abilities.
