About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our mall facilities. The role ensures a clean, safe, and efficient environment for shoppers, tenants and staff, supporting Chip Mong Retail’s commitment to high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily mall operations to guarantee smooth performance.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, security and overall facility conditions.
- Coordinate activities with tenants, contractors and internal departments.
- Address operational issues, respond to customer concerns and manage incident reporting.
- Support the planning and execution of mall events while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facility Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in mall, retail, hospitality or facility operations.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
