Study Abroad Counsellor – Full‑time, Phnom Penh

About the role

The Study Abroad Counsellor will support prospective students throughout the entire overseas study journey, from initial consultation to final visa submission. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Phnom Penh and involves close collaboration with educational institutions and partner agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on study‑abroad programs, universities, scholarships and entry requirements.
• Assist students with admission and visa application preparation and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of each student case and monitor application progress.
• Liaise with overseas education providers, partner agencies and local schools.
• Conduct information sessions, respond to inquiries via phone, email and in‑person meetings.
• Support marketing and outreach activities, including education fairs and promotional material development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates from related backgrounds are welcome.
• Fluent in English and Khmer with strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of international education systems.
• Customer‑service or administrative experience is a plus.
• Education Counsellor Certificate preferred.
