Study Abroad Counsellor

About the role

The Study Abroad Counsellor provides guidance and support to prospective students seeking international education opportunities. You will assist candidates throughout the entire process, from selecting suitable courses and institutions to completing applications and visa procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students on appropriate courses, universities, scholarships, and entry requirements.
• Assist applicants and their families with partner, guardian, or visitor visa applications.
• Provide information and training to education partners and school/university staff on documentation and processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Cambodian and international education systems and destination countries.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Khmer.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the study‑abroad sector.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian and international educational systems and popular destination countries.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning, professional integrity, and ability to work in a cross‑cultural team.
• Commitment to company values and policies.
