Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Store Manager will lead daily operations of a retail store in Phnom Penh, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. This full‑time, on‑site position involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and driving promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address customer feedback professionally.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate merchandising efforts.
• Monitor sales performance, implement promotional activities, and meet revenue targets.
• Handle cash control, prepare basic reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations, store supervision, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic financial and analytical skills for cash handling and sales reporting.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Khmer or other local languages is a plus.
