Specialist, Product Training

About the role

The Specialist, Product Training will build product knowledge and capability across sales and customer‑facing teams. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs so employees stay current on product features, solutions and sales readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop product training curricula, learning materials, user guides and assessment tools.
• Deliver onboarding programs for new hires to establish strong product and solution knowledge.
• Conduct product launch readiness sessions for sales teams ahead of new releases.
• Identify knowledge gaps, recommend development initiatives and assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance analysis.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training documentation, knowledge repositories and learning resources.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement and Enterprise Product teams to ensure content reflects the latest updates and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Coordinate training schedules, workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions with business stakeholders.
• Track and report participation, completion rates, certification status and knowledge retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product training, learning & development, sales enablement or product marketing, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training for sales or customer‑facing teams.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical, organized and proactive problem‑solver.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – advantageous.
