About the role
The Specialist, MIS Reporting will lead the design, implementation and delivery of business reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet strategic and operational needs while supporting the company’s digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and deliver business reports and dashboards.
- Provide interpretation and actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Leverage Python, advanced Excel and visualization techniques to enhance insights.
- Coach talent and promote modern BI/analytics practices.
Required profile
- Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
- 2‑5 years of experience in reporting, BI or analytics, preferably in data‑rich industries such as telecom, FMCG or financial services.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect insights to commercial and operational outcomes.
Required skills
- Power BI (DAX, Power Query)
- SQL
- Advanced Excel
- Python for data analysis and reporting
