Specialist, Content Marketing

About the role

The Specialist, Content Marketing leads the daily creation and execution of digital content and campaign rollouts for PassApp. This role focuses on planning seasonal marketing moments, giveaways, online activations, and delivering engaging content across key digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for Facebook, TikTok, and in‑app communication channels.
• Develop compelling content angles that highlight promotions, seasonal moments, brand stories, and product features.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce visuals, videos, and infographics that align with PassApp’s brand tone and style.
• Manage copywriting, creative requests, posting schedules, and ensure consistent campaign rollout across channels.
• Monitor community comments, feedback, and user conversations, supporting communication flow for passengers and drivers.
• Identify content opportunities based on community trends and track competitor activity.
• Coordinate with KOLs and influencers for campaign planning, briefing, content review, and platform‑native ideas for TikTok, Facebook Reels, and short‑form formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital content creation, or campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content trends, and youth digital culture.
• Ability to write short, catchy copy and execute fast‑moving content ideas.
• Experience working with KOLs or managing online activations is a plus.
