Social Media Management Executive – Khmer Speaking (Phnom Penh)

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑platform social media strategies aligned with brand goals and KPIs.
• Create and curate engaging copy, visual media, video scripts and graphic assets for Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent posting around product launches, campaigns and seasonal trends.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments, messages and mentions, and handle customer inquiries promptly.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions), analyse results and produce insight reports.
• Conduct social listening to spot industry news, competitor activity and viral trends for real‑time marketing.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, project‑management abilities and self‑organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Khmer.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, team‑oriented with a “can‑do” attitude and high integrity.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platforms.
