About the role
Join Accor's Marketing team in Phnom Penh as a Management Trainee, supporting digital and social media activities, website content, campaigns and analytics. This role offers hands‑on experience in hospitality marketing for recent graduates.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing and updating social media platforms and monitor engagement.
- Support website content updates, banners, promotions and basic SEO tasks.
- Help execute digital campaigns, email newsletters and coordinate content with internal teams.
- Track digital performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
- Maintain digital asset libraries and conduct competitor and trend research.
Required profile
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools.
- Good writing skills in English.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
