Site Engineer – Interior & Fit-Out

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Site Engineer to lead interior fit‑out projects on‑site. You will act as the bridge between design, production, and construction teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate interior fit‑out works at project sites.
• Coordinate between design, production/CNC, contractors, and site teams.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and site conditions before installation.
• Ensure furniture, cabinetry, joinery, and interior works are installed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Conduct site measurements and identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
• Collaborate with the CNC/factory team on production requirements, dimensions, materials, and installation sequence.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, materials, and installation quality.
• Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and punch‑list/defect follow‑up.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, designers, and other stakeholders when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior fit‑out, furniture, joinery, construction, or related work.
• Experience with interior design or furniture production involving CNC machinery is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of furniture/joinery construction, materials, dimensions, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp or other design software is a plus.
• Strong site coordination, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Khmer and English; Chinese is a plus.
