Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Officer to lead our end‑to‑end recruitment processes and elevate our employer brand. You will work closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring vacancies are filled on time and according to hiring requirements.
• Create eye‑catching job poster templates and compelling content that strengthen our employer brand.
• Support the design and execution of employer‑branding strategies to position the company as an attractive workplace.
• Organise recruitment events, career fairs, and webinars to promote the brand and source talent.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Coordinate with Heads of Department on probation evaluations and feedback.
• Develop employee‑engagement programs and branding content to boost culture and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, employer branding, or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of interview techniques, evaluation tools, and job‑description writing.
• Familiarity with social‑media and recruitment platforms.
• Understanding of HRIS, HR reporting, and basic labor‑compliance principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with digital training tools.
• Knowledge of graphic‑design applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign (advantage).
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems.
