Senior Supervisor, Marketing & Communications (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

The Senior Supervisor, Marketing & Communications will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing initiatives. This role ensures brand consistency, drives demand, and supports overall business growth for a leading property developer.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated marketing communications campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, print, production and experiential channels.
• Own the marketing communications budget, allocate resources efficiently and report ROI to the Sales & Marketing Director.
• Develop communication plans and calendars aligned with product launches and sales priorities.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all touchpoints, enforcing messaging, visual identity and tone of voice.
• Supervise, coach and develop the marketing communications team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Project, Procurement and other internal stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Manage external agencies, creative houses, production partners and media suppliers.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies, recommending innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Advertising or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record of executing ATL, BTL, digital and event campaigns.
• Strong analytical, budget and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Khmer and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with social media platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms for campaign measurement.
