Senior Store Executive – Store Operations & Procurement

About the role

The Senior Store Executive leads all store and warehouse activities, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, issuance and inventory monitoring while also overseeing procurement and supplier coordination. This senior position combines operational leadership with strategic purchasing to support the company’s supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory monitoring in line with Goods Received SOPs.
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records, lead stock counts, cycle counts and monthly audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee procurement planning, coordinate overseas purchasing, manage shipping documents, and liaise with logistics to avoid material shortages.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock status, fast/slow‑moving items, purchase progress, shipment updates and shortage risks; present findings to management.
• Lead, train and coach store staff, enforce SOPs and work instructions, and drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of experience in store, warehouse or inventory management; procurement or overseas purchasing experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Effective reporting and presentation capabilities.
