Senior Sales Officer (Real Estate)

About the role

The Senior Sales Officer will lead showroom interactions, promote real‑estate projects and guide customers through the sales journey. This role also involves coaching junior sales staff and ensuring smooth operations in the supervisor’s absence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and accompany customers during showroom visits and present project details.
• Coordinate appointments, follow up regularly, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Distribute promotional materials, participate in events, and develop partnerships with banks.
• Proactively hunt for potential customers and apply strategies to meet sales targets.
• Guide and coach Sales Officers on sales strategies and customer service standards.
• Handle supervisor’s tasks when absent to ensure continuity of operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, reliable, honest with good time‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
