About the role
The Senior Product Engineer is technically accountable throughout product development and commercialization, ensuring products meet brand design intent and high‑quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review prototype samples for quality and accuracy, and support the PD team in delivering presentation samples on time.
- Resolve technical issues, create mock‑ups, revise patterns, and maintain the development pattern library.
- Review final samples with PD, distribute technical comments to VNWS, SPs, CIL, and maintain best‑practice documentation.
- Conduct product testing during development stages and collaborate with on‑site engineers.
Required profile
- Extensive knowledge of paper pattern construction (CAD not required).
- Experience in handbag manufacturing and sampling preferred.
- Creative problem‑solver with good English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region and work in a multicultural team.
