Senior PMO

About the role

The Senior PMO will lead end‑to‑end project management for cross‑border logistics sales initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from opportunity registration through contract closure and payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of cross‑border logistics sales projects across South Korea, covering opportunity registration, project initiation, tender support, contract signing, service delivery monitoring and payment collection.
• Maintain regional sales pipeline data, prepare regular progress reports, identify high‑risk opportunities and drive corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead critical country‑level initiatives aimed at revenue growth, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, including major customer tenders and loss‑making business improvement projects.
• Coordinate contract review with Legal, establish contract execution tracking, monitor SLA performance and manage contract changes throughout the service delivery process.
• Collaborate closely with pre‑sales solution, operations, finance and other functions to ensure seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in project management, preferably within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive strategic projects to successful completion.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor pipelines, assess risks and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for coordination with legal, finance and operations.
