Procurement & Shipment Operator

About the role

The Procurement & Shipment Operator will support the sourcing, purchasing and import processes for the company. This role ensures that goods and services are obtained on time, at the right price, and in compliance with local customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in market exploration for new sources of goods and services.
• Review specifications, delivery conditions and payment terms to ensure suitability.
• Obtain supplier quotations, perform quote analysis and obtain management approval.
• Maintain contact with suppliers to monitor delivery schedules and resolve issues such as defects or returns.
• Update supplier and price databases regularly.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs to manage shipment and clearance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, shipment coordination and customs clearance in Cambodia.
• Familiarity with procurement practices in the power, energy or infrastructure sectors is an asset.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
