Senior Officer, Relationship Management – Deposit

About the role

The Senior Officer, Relationship Management – Deposit is responsible for driving the growth of deposit products, ensuring high‑quality service for existing customers, and supporting the bank’s cross‑selling initiatives. This position works closely with marketing and product teams to launch new offerings and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Fixed Deposit (FD) and Current Account Savings Account (CASA) products.
• Support promotional activities, product launches, and distribution of product information.
• Oversee and manage the servicing of customer accounts.
• Cross‑sell additional bank products such as remittances and retail loans.
• Deliver superior customer service and tailored financial solutions.
• Proactively address customer banking needs and resolve queries efficiently.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and manage feedback programs.
• Perform any other duties as required by the Manager, RM – Deposit.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a commercial bank.
• High commitment and willingness to achieve assigned targets.
• Effective presentation and communication skills; strong social‑networking ability.
• Willingness to travel and possession of personal transport.
• Excellent written English and Khmer; Chinese speaking is a plus, Mandarin preferred.
