Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales across RiverLight’s food and beverage portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Phnom Penh and works closely with sales, operations, and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and promotional activities.
• Manage both digital and offline marketing channels, including social media and brand‑building initiatives.
• Analyze market data and campaign performance to optimise results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Support new product launches, create creative content, and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within food & beverage or hospitality.
• Strong market planning and research abilities to identify customer needs and trends.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be a Cambodian citizen and able to work on‑site in Phnom Penh.
