Market Research Analyst & Communication Intern

About the role

We are seeking a versatile, data‑driven intern with a creative touch to support our consultants on market studies and feasibility research in the coffee industry and agricultural supply chains. One day per week will be dedicated to corporate communication and visual asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping of the B2B coffee sector in Cambodia, identifying key players, roasters, distributors and corporate clients.
• Research coffee‑related products across the value chain and benchmark competitors on pricing, branding and positioning.
• Produce clear Excel models and structured insights for investors, leveraging AI tools.
• Visit cafés, roasteries and suppliers to gather real‑world data.
• Manage the editorial calendar and schedule LinkedIn/Facebook posts to boost visibility.
• Design high‑impact client presentations and corporate materials using Canva or PowerPoint.
• Draft and translate English/Khmer content for newsletters or project briefs.

Required profile

• Background in Business, Economics, Hospitality Management or Marketing.
• Strong interest in F&B, agribusiness and the coffee value chain.
• Detail‑oriented, curious, autonomous and eager to learn from senior consultants.

Required skills

• Excel (or Google Sheets) for data modelling.
• Canva and PowerPoint for design and presentation.
