Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture

About the role

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture will lead the design and implementation of technical solutions that meet business needs while aligning with the bank’s overall architecture. This role acts as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring the architectural vision is communicated to senior leadership and consistently applied across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate clear action plans for the architecture team and related projects.
• Design and implement technical solutions that address business requirements and fit within the enterprise architecture.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their suitability for integration into the existing landscape.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT, presenting architectural concepts to C‑suite executives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date architecture documentation and ensure ongoing alignment with business goals.
• Foster strong relationships within the IT group and across business departments.
• Develop the skills and knowledge of the architecture team to meet role expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business IT, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior executives.
• Experience in enterprise architecture governance and model development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EA frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
• Expertise in cloud computing.
• Strong background in data management.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies including AI and IoT.
