Senior Executive, Corporate Services

About the role

The Senior Executive, Corporate Services supports the Head of Corporate Services in delivering operational excellence across all corporate service functions. This role ensures that processes follow the CLS operational manual and that corporate documents are securely managed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide board and senior management committee secretarial support, including governance activities and regulatory submissions.
• Manage contract registration, monitor expiries, and oversee panel solicitor and valuer administration.
• Draft escrow contracts, ensure reporting obligations, and safeguard original escrow agreements.
• Maintain corporate document safekeeping, records management, and communication with regulators.
• Oversee panel solicitors and valuers: onboarding, annual reviews, compliance with laws and group policies, and bi‑annual meetings.
• Coordinate business and corporate registration, licensing updates, and branch relocations, securing necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
• Register escrow services with the trust regulator and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Strong administration and document‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with influence capability.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to a demanding environment.
• High ethics, integrity, and analytical aptitude.
