Senior Executive Corporate Sales

About the role

The Senior Executive Corporate Sales role at Mangrove Studio is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh. You will drive corporate sales growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision‑makers, and managing the complete sales cycle for digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue corporate sales opportunities across target markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from proposal development to contract negotiation.
• Deliver compelling presentations and tailor digital solutions to client needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular account updates.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to retain and expand strategic accounts.

Required profile

• Proven corporate/B2B sales track record with consistent target achievement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong account‑management experience handling multiple corporate clients.
• Customer‑service focus with problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, technology, or related services (preferred).
• Ability to analyse client needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
