Senior Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing professional to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of our online campaigns. The role will shape strategy across multiple social platforms and work closely with e‑commerce and creative teams to drive sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Oversee content calendars, social media scheduling and end‑to‑end campaign execution.
• Monitor and optimise performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPA and CTR.
• Analyse website and social media data using analytics tools and produce monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators to produce engaging assets.
• Partner with the e‑commerce team to increase online sales and conversion rates.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate the digital marketing team members.
• Track competitors, market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing budgets ensuring cost‑effective spend.
