Senior C# Developer – Lead Architecture & Modernization

About the role

The Senior C# Developer will lead the technical design, development, and delivery of high‑performance software solutions. You will be responsible for architecting scalable applications, mentoring junior developers, and continuously modernizing existing systems to meet evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and ongoing improvement of existing systems to ensure long‑term stability and relevance.
• Drive development of complex new features, translating high‑level business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Write and review high‑quality, clean, and scalable code using C# and .NET Core while establishing best practices for the team.
• Oversee design and implementation of secure, high‑performance RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET Core and MVC frameworks.
• Lead database design and advanced query optimization in MS SQL Server, utilizing Entity Framework for sophisticated data management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot high‑priority issues, debug, and upgrade mission‑critical applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in C# and .NET development with a proven track record of leading software projects.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
