Senior Business Development Lead – Real Estate (Korean Market)

About the role

A real estate developer advancing Cambodia's food industry is looking for a Senior Business Development Lead based in Phnom Penh. The role builds and leads a new business arm targeting Korean investors and manufacturers for a major industrial development, reporting directly to the board. It covers market assessment, strategy, deal execution and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Seek out, engage and maintain ties with Korean clients, partners and investors.
• Research Korean market trends and opportunities.
• Design and run entry, sales and marketing strategies for Korean stakeholders.
• Lead deal negotiations, close agreements and oversee the setup of partnerships or joint ventures.
• Represent the project at industry events in Korea and build business networks.
• Submit regular updates and analyses with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Architecture, Business, Finance or a similar field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in real estate development, investment or asset management.
• Proven track record closing deals with Korean corporates or institutional investors; commercial and industrial property background is essential.
• Fluent or native Korean and strong English.
• Experience in Southeast Asia is an advantage; international travel on short notice is required.
