Security Testing Unit Manager

About the role

The Security Testing Unit Manager will lead the planning, design, and execution of security testing across applications, systems, and infrastructure at DGB Bank’s Phnom Penh office. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures robust protection of banking operations and customer data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategies, test cases, and testing schedules for security assessments.
• Coordinate test execution, manage resources, and produce detailed reports for management.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to identify vulnerabilities, prioritize remediation, and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Mentor team members, improve testing processes, and document findings and mitigation status.

Required profile

• Strong experience in security‑focused testing for banking or financial systems.
• Proven leadership abilities, including team management and stakeholder communication.
• In‑depth knowledge of information security principles, vulnerability assessment, and regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field; certifications such as CISSP, CISM are a plus.
