About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive our sales efforts and manage a small team. The role focuses on inspiring the team, overcoming sales obstacles, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Motivate, coach, and manage a sales team.
  • Resolve sales obstacles and address customer issues.
  • Deliver presentations and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Apply strategic thinking and problem‑solving to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to inspire and drive a team.
  • Presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience in the design and construction industry (preferably).
  • Proficient in customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks.
