Sales Supervisor – On‑site (Phnom Penh)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead daily sales operations at our Phnom Penh office, ensuring that the team meets performance targets and delivers high‑quality customer service. This full‑time, on‑site position involves coaching staff, analysing sales data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimise processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and trends.
• Coach, train and develop sales team members to achieve targets.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline sales workflows.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of sales strategies and activities.
• Foster a collaborative, customer‑focused team culture.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and support data‑driven decisions.
• Proven experience in supervising or managing a sales or retail team.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage shifting priorities and stay highly organised.
• Relevant education in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusive leadership and a respectful workplace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Experience using sales management or reporting tools.
