Deputy Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced commercial professional to join our team as Deputy Branch Manager in Phnom Penh. Reporting to the Branch Manager based in Thailand, you will support overall branch operations, drive growth and improve profitability across sales, finance and service functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and Cambodian regulations.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Service, HR, Administration, Purchasing and Finance to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
• Develop new business opportunities, lead sales and engineering teams, and create sales and marketing strategies to increase market presence.
• Review financial results, prepare forecasts and performance analyses, and identify cost‑control and profitability improvement opportunities.
• Oversee installation and service quality, enhance after‑sales support, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop local staff, promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure workplace safety.

Required profile

• Cambodian national or long‑term foreign resident intending to stay in Cambodia.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in business operations, sales management or branch management, preferably in an international company.
• Proven ability to manage sales teams, develop new business and drive commercial performance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Cambodian business environment and regulations is an advantage.
• Experience in the elevator/escalator industry is a plus.
