Sales Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will support the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth within the logistics and transportation sector. This bilingual position requires strong communication in both Chinese and English to build lasting relationships with key customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Track and report team sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with major customers and business partners.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable logistics and transportation solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in target markets.
• Coordinate with Operations teams to resolve service issues affecting customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as delegated by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• 1–2 years of experience supervising a sales team or in a leadership role.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

Required skills

• Fluent communication in Chinese and English.
