Sales Specialist – Laboratory Solutions

About the role

The Sales Specialist for Laboratory Solutions will promote and sell a range of medical equipment, devices, and consumables. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge and convey it to customers to generate interest and close sales.
• Engage in consultative selling, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and propose solutions to management.
• Collect and analyse market data, monitor competitor activity, and support sales strategy development.
• Communicate product, pricing, and market information with principals and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration, Service Engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth purchase and after‑sales processes.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on‑site installations with Service Engineers.
• Provide daily activity reports, weekly plans, and other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Intermediate English proficiency; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Experience in medical equipment sales or as a service engineer is preferred, but fresh graduates are also considered.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
