Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Phnom Penh to drive growth of MEDEX’s health‑related product portfolio. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and help achieve sales targets through presentations, quotations and negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales visits, product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers and distributors.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms within company guidelines, and close sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and deliver training to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular sales reports.
• Support sales management in planning and executing sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience in healthcare, medical products or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
