Construction Project Sales

About the role

Tech Seng is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify and develop new sales opportunities for construction projects. The role involves promoting the company’s steel, ceramic, and cement products to developers, contractors, and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities with construction projects, developers, contractors, and consultants.
• Visit construction sites to promote products and introduce the company’s offerings to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales opportunities to close deals.
• Monitor project progress and maintain an updated project sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Graduated Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in project sales, preferably in construction materials, tiles, or building supplies.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop customer relationships and close sales.
• Willingness to travel and visit construction sites.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
