About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in our assigned outlets in Bavet. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while continuously improving your performance and developing your skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for designated outlets.
  • Execute sales activities according to company guidelines.
  • Monitor personal performance indicators and KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for outlet owners, handling inquiries, issue resolution, and follow‑up.
  • Provide timely feedback and escalate any area‑specific issues to the sales supervisor.

Required profile

  • Fluent in written and spoken Khmer.
  • Ability to communicate in Vietnamese; English is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the consumer goods sector.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing execution.
  • Higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales (optional).
