About the role

The Business Partner Officer (Sales‑Merchant Specialist) will promote KB Prasac Bank’s merchant services (KHQR) across multiple branches. The role focuses on acquiring new merchants, supporting existing ones, and delivering professional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire merchants to sell bank services and products.
• Organise and manage promotional activities for KB Prasac Merchant KHQR.
• Introduce KB Prasac KHQR solutions to target customers.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for merchants.
• Promote bank services and products to the public with professionalism.
• Maintain relationships with merchants after service adoption.
• Support public promotional events and provide on‑site customer service at branches.
• Resolve merchant complaints and issues promptly.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales of financial products.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong interpersonal skills, courteous and friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capacity to work under pressure, travel, and operate outside the office as needed.
