Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

ICS International School seeks an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive student enrollment, strengthen the school’s brand, and expand market reach. You will lead a dedicated team, develop strategic plans, and ensure the school meets its growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve enrollment goals.
• Manage the full enrollment pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
• Oversee digital and offline marketing activities, including advertising, social media, website content, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Enhance brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop partnerships, referral channels, corporate relationships, and community outreach to generate leads.
• Plan and run enrollment campaigns, promotional events, and outreach activities.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the Sales & Marketing team, setting targets and evaluating performance.
• Manage the sales and marketing budget efficiently.
• Track and analyze KPIs, prepare regular reports, forecasts, and recommend performance improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in education or customer‑focused industries.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, lead generation, conversion, and team performance.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy, digital marketing, social media, branding, advertising, market research, and customer engagement.
• Experience setting targets, managing budgets, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
