Sales Manager

About the role

Phum Sakura Land City Development is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its property sales team in Phnom Penh. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the Borey Phum Sakura residential projects while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Set sales goals, develop strategies and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage client relationships, conduct property viewings and guide customers through the sales process.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with internal teams.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market analysis.
• Track market trends, competitor actions and customer feedback to continuously improve sales approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real‑estate or property development.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Solid organizational and analytical capabilities, especially in reporting and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Khmer; English or additional languages are a plus.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive and collaborative work practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with sales reporting and forecasting tools.
