Sales Manager (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

Flexport is looking for a Sales Manager who speaks Chinese to expand its logistics services across Asia. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting new Chinese customers to closing deals on ocean, air freight, customs, trucking and warehousing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑potential Chinese clients across multiple logistics verticals.
• Research target territories and verticals to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to generate leads and schedule meetings.
• Consult with prospects to understand their supply‑chain challenges and design tailored, tech‑enabled solutions.
• Lead onboarding by coordinating internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.
• Manage an existing portfolio while continuously pursuing new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, pricing shifts and policy changes, and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and comfortable conducting business in English.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑growing tech environment.
