Sales & Key Account Manager

About the role

The Sales & Key Account Manager will be based on‑site in Phnom Penh, driving growth for Making It Easy Co., LTD’s professional services portfolio. You will manage key client accounts, nurture long‑term relationships, and identify opportunities to expand usage of relocation, business setup, and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation.
• Negotiate commercial terms in line with company guidelines and close B2B deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery and monitor client satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, report on pipeline activities, and contribute to business planning and market development initiatives.
• Maintain and grow strategic client relationships across consulting, relocation, legal, HR, and business setup services.

Required profile

• Strong account management experience with a proven ability to grow strategic client relationships.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support forecasting.
• Experience in business planning, target setting, and developing sales strategies.
• Proven B2B sales experience in professional services, preferably consulting, relocation, legal, HR, or business setup.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Khmer or other regional languages a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
