Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Phnom Penh, promoting Pushpa Pharmaceuticals’ portfolio of quality medicines to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other healthcare institutions across Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare providers to present product information, organise presentations and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify sales opportunities, achieve assigned targets and report accurate sales activity and market feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to build professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy, preferably supported by a degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales in Cambodia is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Phnom Penh and other provinces.

Required skills

• Territory management and ability to plan daily visits independently.
• Accurate record‑keeping of sales activities and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
