Sales Executive - CFD Trading Partners

About the role

Ultima Markets, a regulated CFD trading gateway offering access to 1,000+ instruments across Forex, Commodities, Indices and Stocks, is hiring a Sales Executive in Phnom Penh. The role builds a pipeline of introducing brokers, partners and clients, supports them with technical and commercial issues, and expands the company's presence in Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and diversify a pipeline of introducing brokers, partners and clients through personal networks and proactive outreach.
• Support partners with technical issues such as system or account errors and commission/rebate discrepancies, escalating to the right teams when needed.
• Keep partners informed on new products, platform enhancements, promotions and policy changes.
• Provide IBs and partners with marketing materials, merchandise and rewards to support client engagement and retention.
• Negotiate commission and rebate structures with IBs and partners.
• Liaise with Client Support, Operations and Marketing to resolve client and partner issues and align on product updates and campaigns.
• Carry out market research on industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities and share insights internally.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of sales experience in the CFD trading industry, ideally with an established client portfolio.
• Native Khmer (written and spoken); professional English preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of the forex market, trading products and brokerage business models is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the client onboarding process is a strong advantage.
