Sales Consultant – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Consultant will drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and close property sales while ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared and processed. This role supports a smooth sales journey from initial contact through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales plans, make cold calls, and arrange meetings to create new sales opportunities.
• Conduct property tours, answer customer inquiries, and provide information to aid purchasing decisions.
• Review Sales and Purchase Agreements for accuracy and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Ensure sales collateral is current and available for presentations.
• Stay informed on market trends, property values, legal requirements, and competitor activity.
• Assist the Customer Care team with unit handovers, payment collections, and complaint resolution.
• Support marketing events and promotional activities to increase project visibility.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and plans for performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in property development or a real‑estate company.
• Strong understanding of property tax and related regulations.
• Excellent sales and customer‑service abilities with confident public speaking.
• High level of confidentiality, commitment, and professionalism.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Khmer; Chinese is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing sales agreements.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
• Knowledge of market analysis and competitor monitoring.
