Sales Consultant Officer

About the role

The Sales Consultant Officer will support business growth for an accounting firm by managing client communications, preparing accurate quotations, and contributing to public‑relations activities that enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client quotations accurately and on time.
• Handle client inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Support the sales closing process and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain and develop client relationships to drive growth.
• Assist in basic PR activities to improve brand visibility.
• Create simple promotional content when needed.
• Maintain records of quotations, client interactions, and sales updates.
• Report sales and PR activities to the line manager regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales service, public relations, corporate communications or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and internet applications.
• Strong spoken and written English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High professionalism, integrity and discretion handling confidential information.
• Positive, self‑motivated attitude and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Adaptable, proactive and able to perform well under pressure.
