Retail Operation Supervisor

About the role

SAVIMEX is expanding its network of retail fuel stations across Cambodia and seeks a Retail Operation Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure safety and compliance. Based at the head office in Phnom Penh, you will travel regularly to stations nationwide to oversee performance and support the team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the retail fuel‑station strategy and expansion plans.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of all retail stations, ensuring sales targets and profitability.
• Build, train, and supervise a multi‑site operations team.
• Establish and enforce operational, customer‑service, and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian regulations and HSSE standards.
• Coordinate with construction, finance, marketing, supply, and technical departments.
• Maintain brand and service standards through regular inspections.
• Support the development of COCO, CODO, and dealer‑operated station models.
• Evaluate potential new locations based on traffic and competition.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in petroleum retail or multi‑site operations.
• Strong leadership, financial control, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Khmer with good English communication skills.
