Reporting Officer

About the role

The Reporting Officer will support the procurement and logistics team in sourcing, supplier management, and customs clearance activities. This position ensures accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and effective communication with internal departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Explore new market sources for goods and services.
• Review specifications, delivery terms, and payment conditions for appropriateness.
• Obtain supplier quotes, conduct quote analysis, and prepare recommendations for management.
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery and compliance with purchase requests and contracts.
• Update and maintain supplier and price databases, ensuring data accuracy.
• Resolve issues such as defective goods, damages, and returns.
• Issue quotations, purchase orders, and service contracts for departmental approval.
• Document all activities in line with retention schedules.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs authorities to manage shipments and ensure timely customs clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, shipment management, and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodian customs and transport agents.
• Knowledge of procurement processes in the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors is an asset.
• Strong understanding of Cambodian customs and tax regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
